What this is

Daily Fantasy Resource (dailyfantasyresource.com) is an information and analysis service for daily fantasy sports and sports betting markets. It collects public box scores, schedules, salaries and posted prices, recomputes statistics from them, and publishes the result as tables, projections and model estimates.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the site. We may change them; the date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that is your acceptance.

What this is not

This site is not betting advice. Nothing on it — no grid, no projection, no probability, no model pick, no alert and no email — is a recommendation to place a wager, an inducement to gamble, or a prediction of an outcome. The figures are descriptive statistics and model estimates, published so that you can form your own view.

Daily Fantasy Resource is not a sportsbook, an exchange, a contest operator or a broker. It does not accept wagers, hold money, take a share of winnings, or place anything on your behalf. The prices it shows are quotations observed at other venues at a moment in time and are very often out of date by the time you read them.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, WNBA, NCAA, the PGA Tour, DraftKings, FanDuel, Yahoo, Kalshi, Polymarket, ESPN, or any other league, operator or data provider named on the site. Team and league names are used to identify the subject of a statistic.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you

The site is provided as it is. Data arrives from third parties and is frequently late, incomplete or wrong; the site re-verifies box scores after the fact precisely because first reports are unreliable, and it still gets things wrong. Models are estimates that will be miscalibrated in ways nobody has noticed yet.

We do not warrant that anything on the site is accurate, current, complete or fit for any purpose, and we are not liable for any loss — financial, or otherwise — arising from your use of it. You are responsible for what you do with the numbers. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is nothing.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. One person, one account; do not share credentials. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the service, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or to break the law.

You may close your account at any time from Settings, and ask us to delete what we hold. See the privacy page for what that covers.

Paid plans

Some features are part of a paid plan. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card. A subscription renews until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the billing page, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

If the site is materially broken for a period you have paid for, write to us and we will refund it. We are a small operation and would rather refund you than argue.

What you may do with the data

Read it, use it, quote it. If you publish a figure from the site, say where it came from. Do not re-publish the site's tables wholesale as your own product, and do not scrape it automatically at a rate that costs us money — the sitemap and the public record JSON exist so that you do not have to.

Rate limits apply to the public endpoints. Hitting them is not an accusation; it is a token bucket.

The law that applies

Sports betting and daily fantasy sports are regulated differently in every jurisdiction and are illegal in some. It is your responsibility to know what is legal where you are. Nothing on this site is an offer to anyone in a place where it would be unlawful.

These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
